I used the online manual in 2017 as well as some of the training materials. The website was not easy to navigate. However, today being Thursday 22/10/20, Shareen spent 20-30 minutes via zoom and showed me how the website woks and all useful information there. I was impressed and I am happy that I used her services. Now I know I have a good resource not only to get an update on immigration matters but also learning materials.
