Description

2025 has been another fast-moving year for judicial review and once again immigration law is at its centre. We will cover issues ranging from fairness in sponsor licence revocations and encounters with the immigration service to whether there is a power to cancel immigration permission granted by mistake, as well as developments in constantly recurring general principles such as rationality and relevance.
