11.2.4.2 Workers – maintaining worker status: new case law added – KH v Bury MBC and SSWP [2020] UKUT 50 (AAC) on the conditions which may be attached according to EU law (as opposed to UK transposition)
11.4.2.2 Dependent relatives: new case law added – Chowdhury [2020] UKUT 188 on the application of the requirement of dependency
11.4.2.4 Partner of an EEA national in a durable relationship: new case law added – Pervaiz [2020] IESC on the variety of ways in which a durable partnership might be evidenced
13.1.8 Detention of vulnerable categories of person: The Adults at Risk guidance: new case law added – O & Ors [2020] EWHC 1243 (Admin) on the detention of trafficking victims
13.4.2.1 Deportation criteria inside the rules: new case law added
- Mahmood [2020] EWCA Civ 717 setting out the test for whether offending has caused “serious harm”; and
- LT (Kosovo) [2016] EWCA Civ 1246 on the classification of drugs offences
14.4.5 SSHD disclosure duties: new case law added – BH Iraq [2020] UKUT 189 on the disclosure of policies
