Nonetheless, the UK has brought into force rules to provide for the transition of status for those exercising rights under the EU Treaties.
Since Appendix EU became effective on 28 August 2018, it has already been amended 3 times, and currently runs alongside the EEA Regulations.
This course will explore the EU procedures, benefits and pitfalls of applying for status under those Rules.
