Common Problems in Human Rights Applications, Appeals and JR Applications

What is covered?

For this course, HJT is trialling a new concept in human rights public training courses, where the delegates choose the content!

This course is useful for immigration practitioners wishing to master the key principles and procedures in the Human Rights appeals process, and to provide training on how to tackle JR Applications.

Anyone signing up for the course has the chance to raise two questions that are concerning them, in writing, at least one week before the course date.

The trainer (Mark Symes, Garden Court Chambers) will then structure the session in order to explain how an experienced practitioner might find their way round the legal framework, case law and Home Office guidance, with a view to getting the best outcome for their client.
