Description

This webinar will provide detailed guide of how to make a successful family applications relying upon exceptional circumstances. It will help you understand how to apply GEN 31.1-3.3 and EX 1 of Appendix FM. 

What do you do when you do not meet the rules? Is Article 8 still relevant in these applications? Is there a change in the Home Office attitude to these exception cases?
