Description

This course is designed to help prepare those sitting for the IAA (was OISC) Level 3 exam. We consider those elements of the syllabus that will be examined at Level 3, including

• The IAA Level 3 competence assessment
• Appeals: statutory appeal rights, the appeal Procedure Rules and Practice Directions for the First-tier and Upper Tribunals
• Appeals: preparation and conduct
• Enforcement: removal, deportation, detention and bail
• Judicial review pre-action letters
• Code of Standards

We will use past papers and practical exercises to help develop your skills and knowledge, including exam skills.

This course does not cover the full syllabus of the Level 2 part of the Level 3 exam. We recommend you also attend our two-day Level 2 course which focuses on the Level 2 elements of the exam.

For good training practice we are limiting the number of attendees, so please book your place as soon as possible.
