The Ukraine crisis continues to dominate the news, this week we witnessed further updates to the Home Office Family visa schemes, introduction on virtual applications for Ukrainian refugees, and change to UKVI’s time scales for priority services.

Another sweeping change which saw the release of the New Statement of Changes this week. The Statement sets out a wide spectrum of areas that will be updated this year – this will include introduction of Appendix Relationship with a partner, with more scrutiny to prove genuine and subsisting relationships, introduction of Appendix Settlement Family life shedding more clarity for Rules pertaining to partners and parents under 10 years route – and … most importantly, on the Business Immigration front – the introduction of High Potential Individual Route (HPI), Scale up route and the new Global Business Mobility routes!
